About Artist's Rights
As the commissioned artist, I hold the rights for every commission works that I produced. Clients are granted the rights to use their commission for personal use. In the case of commercial or copyrights transfer, further negotiations will be conducted.
I have the right to decline a commission request.
All commissioned works made will be included in my portfolio. You may discuss your decision whether or not you want your commission to be included in my portfolio. Inclusion to my portfolio grants me the right to display and include it in my sample works.
About My Commission Service
I do character illustrations of mainly human figures. You can discuss it with me regarding the character you would like to draw.
I do not do mecha, automotive, and landscape background (with no character). I do characters and background. However, I will discuss it with my client regarding the complexity and the pricing of the commission first.
Client must provide a clear reference of the subject requested for the commission work.
Every commission piece will be delivered in digital form. You will get an unedited .jpg/.png version of your commission with white/transparent background by default. You are allowed to request a flat color background other than white when discussing the commission with no additional charge.
I limit my revisions to 3 major revisions, and unlimited minor revisions. Whether a revision is considered major or minor will be decided during my work process.
I work on commissions around 6-8 hours a day. Commissions may take as fast as 3-4 days to complete or up to a week or two, depending on the queue of my commission work. I will keep you updated on the progress and your commission queue.
Payment and Pricing
All commissions are paid upfront.
I only accept payments through Paypal or Wise for international commissions. For IDN commissions, I accept payment via bank transfer. Details will be informed after we discussed the works.
International clients pay using the USD currency, while ID clients pay with the IDR currency.
There will be a different pricing for commercial use:
- For international commission, commercial use price is double the base price of selected commission.
- For local commission, commercial use price uses the USD currency converted to IDR based on the rate during the deal is agreed upon.I do not accept other form of payments other than the options listed above.
